Just in case anyone is feeling the urge to add anything to the wiki here are some pointers to areas that need something.
First, the easiest way to discover what all pages exist already is to go to the "Explore" list in the Top Navigation (1st position). that list is generated by fandom and can't be changed. The 3rd item in the drop down list is "All Pages". If you click on that link it will bring up a list of all articles already written, but everyone of those articles may need either clean up editing or some additional information added.
There is also a category, Article stubs that has some articles in it that need extensive information added to it. Some of them, we still don't know enough to add much more then what is already included.
I haven't added any of the new info on the Hover luggage, I've been undecided if it should have it's own article or just be a part of the Hover Technology article. I actually don't think it would matter either way.
Frankly, I would appreciate the help as I now have 4 wiki's to manage and two of them (1 of Star's and 1 of mine) need extensive revisions - not Janet's, we each managed 2 wikis).
There is absolutely no obligation or hurry. If there is something you want to add but you don't have time right now, feel free to post your interest here and others can hold off from doing it.
Star had set up a Sandbox area, where you can all use the same one or you create individual ones for your own use which is better for on going articles. Portal Future Wiki:Sandbox is the instructions. I've been using it and have added it to other wikis, it really works great especially when you don't have time to work on something all at once.
Not a whole lot has been added from the 2781 sequence yet, but one of the things you want to be careful about is to not revel any major plot points yet. This is because there may be people that would just read that for free at the wiki and not buy the books. Normally for series that have been published for years there is no harm, or for TV and Movies, because the actors and staff are paid differently then an author. An author, as we all know, is paid by the books sold, so we don't want to interfere with that income or she just may give up writing for us. ;) or get irritated at us.
If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to post here. Thanks
Ed. to add: Be sure and check out the Help category too!
