Overview
Before Interplanetary portals were developed and when it was still believed that they would never be invented, several habitat projects were started on Earth to help relieve the over population pressure. One of those projects was an underwater habitat known as Atlantis after the ancient stories of an Island that sank.
History
28th Century
Since the unwater habitat was never build, the only remains are some off-shore reefs and towers that were going to be used to descend to Atlantis.
The America's coastline nearest to where the reefs can be seen is called "The Shores of Atlantis".
